Smiths Consulting is an independent, self-financed company, with no exclusive arrangements with third-party vendors or service providers. As such we are well placed to give our clients and partners clear, impartial advice and guidance.
We specialise in Business Change Programmes facilitated using ERP products (SAP, Oracle, MS Navison, JD Edwards). Our primary focus is Project and Programme Governance, putting into practice tools, accelerators and best practice developed over the last 15 years.
We have extensive in-house SAP and Oracle capabilities and are able to support our clients and partners throughout the complete business change life cycle from strategic interpretation through to solution design and delivery. Our main area of expertise is working with clients who have an established internal competency centre or internal consulting team to support their Pan European or global business operations.
We aim to be an extension to your own internal team. Our consultants are considered to be industry experts with extensive Pan European and global experience.
We recognise that the way to ensure effective business change is not to focus purely on the technology. We will work in partnership with you to clearly define the scope of what is required, identifying the key objectives of the project or programme, and to plan and deliver the project focussing on leveraging your internal capabilities.
