E-Learning Skills Outshine Old Fashioned Slogging

Myt generation has been lucky enough to be brought up in both the hands on and e-course worlds of training.  At my school we rarely did anything out of the classroom – perhaps the annual day out to the Tower of London or similar, and that had to serve for several subject to use as starters for a particular topic or line of homework studies.  Then when I was out at work, training as a travel agent and tour guide, I had local owner to employee experience training that stood me in good stead.  I have been lucky to recently work with two work experience students on placement from the local upper school.  They may not know the work itself but they are absolutely fantatic as working online, knowing how to deal with e-educational requirements and their confidence in using the technology is very encouraging for the late or slow learner.
