Smiths Consulting has extensive industry experience in this sector including:
- Supporting the global implementation of shared service centres for a major aerospace component supplier. Smiths helped to bring the overall project timelines back on track and were pivotal in the successful first go live of this major project.
- Leading the solution design for one of the first SAP 4.6C A&D implementations. Smiths consultants helped to develop a solution that would meet the complex logistical demands of production across many sites, whilst also enabling government costing and billing requirements to be met.
- Managing the UK rollout (25 sites) for one of our key Aerospace projects. Its landscape includes Oracle ERP (approx. 30 modules).
