Smiths Consulting were commissioned by a major investment bank to fulfil the role of Change Manager for the roll-out of SAP Expenses to the UK and US Front Office and Infrastructure Business Areas including those in the US acquired through a take-over.

- PLANNED & EXECUTED communications with Corporate Comms.
- SCHEDULED & EXECUTED training for circa 400 super-users
- MANAGED the data take-on activities
- DELIVERED first-line project support prior to BAU hand-over
