  • PROVIDED governance for the European warehouse outsource and relocation
  • MANAGED the outsource of the European warehouse to a third party
  • RELOCATED the warehouse from Slough, UK to Utrecht, Netherlands
  • MANAGED both the technical and business change work streams
  • CO-ORDINATED the physical move of stock
  • MANAGED key challenges including:
    1. A number of workstreams to an immovable deadline
    2. Complex inter-related technical, business change and customs related work streams
    3. Movement of stock over a single weekend ensuring minimum downtime to the business
