Pan-European roll-out for leading pharmaceutical company

Known to the client for their delivery capability, a leading pharmaceutical company has commissioned Smiths Consulting to take over the delivery of a Pan-European Programme scheduled to complete in June 2011.

The Programme will roll-out hardware and software to over 4000 users, across twenty-seven European countries, including Russia and South Africa. The Programme consists of six work streams: application readiness, communications, hardware procurement, deployment, live service transition and training.

Smiths Consulting has provided the full governance and deployment teams including Programme, Project and Change Management. The team is expected to peak at around 40 consultants in quarter one of 2011.  The governance for the Programme is based on the Smiths Consulting’s PRISM Framework ™.
