SAP Go-Live for Energy and Technology Group

Smiths Consulting has played a key part in delivering this significant project. We worked collaboratively with our Strategic Partner, client and other third party suppliers to deliver the first stage of a global solution.

The SAP solution went live following two years of effort from global design through to realization by a team which peaked at over 120 people. The client has recognized that cross-site/cross-function collaboration has greatly enhanced the SAP solution and will be a lasting legacy of the programme.

Smiths Consulting provided Change Management & Training Consultancy, Solution Architecture and SAP functional consultants for Manufacturing Execution (PP/QM/WM), Supply Chain Management and Core Financials. In addition Smiths provided a turnkey solution team for the Data Migration, encompassing Strategy, Plan and Delivery of all Master and Transactional data.
