Smiths Consulting develop and implement SAP based Expenses Management System

Smiths Consulting has successfully completed the initial stages of a major development and implementation for a large multi-national financial services client.

The SAP based expenses management system is now live in two of five business units. Final stages of the project will roll out the system to a total headcount of 54,000 UK based employees.

Smiths Consulting provided governance, change management and training services for this project.
