UK Utility Go-Live for Work Management and Field Force Scheduling Solution

Smiths Consulting has helped successfully complete the first go-live for a field force work management, scheduling and asset management solution based on leading edge technology.

The SAP, Click Scheduling and Syclo field force systems are now live for almost 1000 maintenance and emergency response field engineers. Further stages of the project will roll out the system to a total headcount of 4500 field engineers with further functionality being delivered over the next 18 months.
