Organisational change management 

To achieve the business objectives from the implementation of new systems, making the organisational changes necessary to drive out the benefits is critical.  This is usually the most difficult and sensitive aspect of a change programme because it deals with changes to the roles and skills of people.  Change needs to be understood and managed in a way that people can absorb it effectively, otherwise the business case is jeopardised.
