Our assessment is based upon our PRISM questionnaires to conduct interviews with staff across the range of involvement in PPM delivery. We have standard reporting tools, but we also work with you to interpret the results so that we can provide a realistic assessment of the current state and to provide reliable comparisons to our best practice model.
We agree with you the priority areas for improvement and recommend the next steps to achieve short and long term results. The results feed into our ‘Improvement Road Mapping’ service that converts the ‘what’ needs to be improved into ‘how’ and ‘when’.
