SAP and Oracle data management and migration

One of the biggest challenges with an SAP implementation is data.  Organisations are faced with the tasks of migrating significant amounts of historical data onto a new platform with a completely different data structure. 

The problem is often exacerbated by the poor or unknown quality of the existing data.  In extreme cases, this causes Programme delays due to underestimation of the work required by both IT and the business users.
