Communication with all parties is a critical requirement of this stage and we provide vision and strategic direction related to the solution area. We manage the communication of the business and technical solution between the various Programme delivery teams.
We are more than happy to take responsibility for ensuring that applications meet the business functional, performance, budgetary and technical operations requirements and to define the detailed planning for subsequent stages of the Programme.
