We believe that the management of structured training programmes is a critical factor to ensuring the success of large business transformation programmes.  In large ERP programmes, the numbers requiring to be trained is often in the thousands and can be difficult to manage, particularly if contractors are involved or staff turnover is high.  Sadly, it is all to common that this area is neglected, resulting in costly overruns, low user acceptance and failure to drive out the required business benefits. 

In response to this requirement, we have developed a structured Training Management service, supported by a flexible training system which includes sophisticated business process automation to accommodate the high volumes of courses, events, roles and delegates.  While designed to support business change in ERP programmes, our solution can be used on any implementation with any large-scale change requirement.
